the Ministry of Justice coordinates WP6 - Rollout to further deployment. In this workpackage the main role is to define a final deployment scenario of the E-Poll service at a European level.
The aim of this phase is to allow partners and public decision-makers, to have a relevant set of criteria and figures formulated in a buyer perspective. In this phase the Ministry of Justice leads the individuation of relevant sets of criteria and figures which allow partners and public decision-makers, to invest onto E-Poll having a clear and tailored view of the future action for its full deployment.
The effort coordinated by Ministry of Justice consists in picking-up experiences and data coming from the rollout of E-Poll and evaluate the opportunity to use it in other contests, minimising the investment for a new use.
In this perspective a goal should be taken into consideration: the difficulty related to the replication which comes up from the fact that buyers (customers) of E-Poll, in many cases, are not the final beneficiary of its service.
Goal of the WP is also to indicate practical barriers that prevent the services across and between international, national and regional borders. Having in mind the peculiarities of the voting processes in each European country, a law and normative benchmarking will be performed.
